You must already know the agent's extension. Request an agent for a Call Me session using the
Cisco Media Manager. Request an agent for a chat session using the
Cisco Media Manager. Join a CyberSeminar. Collaborate over the web and speak with an agent on the phone. CallBack and Delayed CallBack via Media Blender(No collaboration)
